No Client Relationship From Website Use
Use of this website, submitting a form, sending an email, or communicating with Sentinel Cyber Security through this website does not create a client relationship, consulting relationship, attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any duty to act.
A client relationship is formed only after Sentinel Cyber Security and the client execute a written agreement, statement of work, engagement letter, or other approved contract.
No Cybersecurity Guarantee
Cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response, and related services involve complex and changing risks. Sentinel Cyber Security does not guarantee that any system, network, device, account, website, or organization will be fully secure, breach-free, malware-free, recoverable, compliant, or protected from future incidents.

Separate Agreement Controls Services
Any services provided by Sentinel Cyber Security are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, scope, limitations, assumptions, exclusions, and payment terms.
If there is any conflict between this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Cyber Security disclaims liability for damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website, including indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, business interruption, or security-related damages.

No Submission of Highly Sensitive Data
