Suzanne E. Kecmer is Chief Operating Officer of Sentinel Cyber Security. She was instrumental in building Raytheon's cybersecurity practice from the ground up, contributing to one of the most significant cyber business areas in the U.S. defense sector.

Her career spans senior advisory and transaction roles at Teneo Capital and Kipps DeSanto & Co. where she focused on cybersecurity growth, acquisitions, and sell-side strategy. Suzanne also served on the CSIS Cyber Policy Task Force, contributing to national-level conversations around U.S. cybersecurity policy. At Sentinel, she brings the operational discipline, strategic judgment, and policy-level perspective needed to help organizations strengthen their cyber posture with confidence.

T. Michael Chester brings more than five decades of experience spanning military aviation, defense strategy, classified government programs, congressional affairs, and advanced security technology. A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, Michael served as a pilot across fighter, bomber, tanker, and NATO operations — a foundation that gives him a rare, operational perspective on national security and mission execution.

His Air Force career included leading the U.S. Cruise Missile Beddown in Europe, serving as Chief of Congressional Affairs for U.S. European Command during the reunification of Germany and the democratization of the Former Soviet Union, directing TENCAP advanced space activities, and commanding the 43rd Airlift Wing. Following his military service, Michael joined Mneumonics as Director of Business Development for Advanced Programs, where he helped develop and implement the first embedded crypto chips for the NSA.

At Raytheon, Michael served as Director of Strategy and Operations in Special Projects, leading classified initiatives across the U.S. Government and supporting OSD AT&L in the areas of cyber policy, warfare, information operations, and commercial implementations across all security levels. He was also a key member of Raytheon's Strategy Team, supporting M&A activities in the emerging cyber arena and helping identify the technologies and acquisitions that established Raytheon's cyber business.

Michael holds a B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from Boston University. He has maintained a Top Secret/SCI clearance since 1974. At Sentinel, he provides strategic guidance shaped by decades of experience at the intersection of defense, government, and high-stakes security.

John Blasig serves on the Board of Directors of Sentinel Cyber Security, providing strategic oversight, enterprise governance, and leadership perspective to the company's long-term vision. His background in complex organizational environments supports Sentinel's commitment to operating with discipline, accountability, and integrity.

As a board member, John helps guide Sentinel's growth with the perspective required to serve sophisticated clients — including enterprises, institutions, and organizations that demand trusted cybersecurity partners for their most critical assets.

Kyle S. Norosky brings nearly four decades of experience spanning technology leadership, cybersecurity, engineering, and federal-sector innovation. His career encompasses both corporate America and government environments, where he has led complex technology initiatives, strengthened operational resilience, and aligned advanced systems with real-world security and business needs.

Kyle's expertise includes cybersecurity architecture, crisis management, network design, embedded systems, mergers and reorganizations, and full lifecycle technology implementation. His trusted relationships across the Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and commercial sectors give Sentinel valuable strategic perspective as it continues to support organizations operating in high-stakes environments.

James H. Keenan brings decades of experience in national security technology, advanced cyber operations, intelligence solutions, and defense-sector innovation. His career has centered on leading high-consequence missions in support of the Intelligence Community, the U.S. Department of Defense, and commercial organizations operating in complex security environments.

As Managing Partner of Technical Experts Network, James delivers specialized technology solutions to government and private-sector clients. He previously co-led a $700M business unit at Raytheon Cyber and Special Missions, where he helped deliver advanced cyber and intelligence capabilities to the IC and DoD. He also grew Telemus Solutions from $9M to $23M in revenue before guiding its successful acquisition into Raytheon.

At Sentinel, James supports product strategy, research, and development with the insight of a leader who has built, scaled, and delivered mission-critical cyber capabilities.

Sean Farrell brings two decades of experience at the highest levels of the United States Congress. His career includes serving as Chief of Staff to Senator Marsha Blackburn, Legislative Director and senior staff under Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senator Roy Blunt, and Professional Staff Member of the House Energy & Commerce Committee.

His legislative work has spanned major committees including Appropriations, Armed Services, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, Judiciary, and Energy & Commerce. As founder of East Capitol Advisors, Sean now advises clients navigating Washington, policy, regulation, and government contracting.

Paul Murphy brings senior leadership experience across defense technology, intelligence solutions, cyber intelligence, SIGINT, insider threat detection, and advanced analytics. His career includes strategic roles at Mercury Computer Systems, LexisNexis Special Services, Novetta, and Teradata, where he helped deliver high-performance computing and mission-focused analytics to defense, intelligence, and enterprise clients.

Yannis Lagamjis brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in enterprise cybersecurity, information security governance, cloud security, risk management, and digital forensics. He currently serves as a Vice President in the cyber domain for a publicly traded Fortune 60 company, where he oversees cloud assets, risk management, and cloud infrastructure at enterprise scale.

His expertise spans secure cloud architecture, governance, security assessments, business continuity, identity and access management, and enterprise risk strategy. With certifications including CCSP, CISSP, CISM, and CRISC — alongside an MSc in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security — Yannis brings Sentinel a practical, Fortune 60-level perspective on how large organizations build, manage, and mature their cybersecurity programs.

Frank Martinello brings extensive experience in global business development, strategic growth, international markets, and enterprise relationship building. His career has focused on helping organizations expand their reach, strengthen commercial strategy, and build high-performing operations across domestic and international markets.

Frank's expertise spans strategic planning, C-level and board engagement, pre-merger due diligence, post-merger integration, telecommunications technology, finance, operations, and international business management.
